Re: Combiner Wars/Generations

yeah but like stated before there shipping is outrageous you will almost spend as much shipping as you will on the figures you buy

Re: Combiner Wars/Generations

I gave up on RK too because their shipping is ridiculous.

Yeah. I don't know what happened with RK. I used to love buying from them all the time but after they changed their website, their shipping rates got ridiculous for some reason. Before they still had higher than normal shipping but the lower base price of their items evened it out. Now it's like I get charged something stupid like $100 shipping for $150 worth of toys.

Re: Combiner Wars/Generations

I talk to Daniel from RK quite often and even I don't have an answer I can give without rolling my eyes. There was a time where if you ordered a bunch of figures the shipping per figure would work out to like 3 buck per figure. Now it's more like 20 per figure.

Re: Combiner Wars/Generations

From my experience, even though RK's shipping is higher than most other sites, they're just offsetting their lower price on the figures themselves. I've done a lot of comparison shopping with many different sites and have had pretty good experiences with most of them, but when it comes down to price, by the time you add up the higher price on the figure and lower cost of shipping for other retailers compared to RK, RK usually comes out ahead (though very slightly by just a few dollars). I don't always use RK, but I do occasionally. And of course, the more you buy, the better the value on your shipping.

I use eToys for most of my stuff and Anime-Export for the rest.
Is it eptoys in HK? eToys is a totally different site.
