I spoke to TRU in regards to how they are handling the cancelled pre orders and what their process will be:

Thank-you for your email and for understanding. When the item(s) becomes available, the product(s) will be secured for you exclusively unless you are not interested in purchasing the items. There is an allotted inventory for those who placed an order and had their orders cancelled. Your local store will have someone reach out to you to make the appropriate arrangements in regards to payment and how to obtain your item(s).

Sorry for this non-TRU post, but there is no online EB Games thread that I know of, but I figured this is related to online purchases in general. I just got Autobot Ark today. The box was nowhere near the size that TRU shipped it in.



An FYI to any EB Games Edge Card holders, remember to bring your packing slip back to an EB Games store to get your discounted price.


Also, a bit of a warning to those who have yet to get him. When I was sliding him out of the box, I thought I had the front facing me, but did not and the figure just fell right out of the packing. He is not secured in the box. Thankfully nothing broke, I should have done it on a table and not sitting in a chair.


Lastly, I got the Blackarachnia card with him, which card did ya'll get?
