But both deluxes were in the recyclable bubble mailers and the boxes were somewhat crushed. That the first time I've gotten orders with significant damage to the packaging.

Yeah my Airrazor was squished as well.

Kingdom Voyager Dinobot being sold/shipped by Amazon again at $39.49
The catch is that it's not currently in stock. So you order and they will ship when they get some in.
Not exactly a great guarantee, but if anyone else is like me and having a hell of a time finding a Dinobot anywhere it's an option that doesn't include paying for shipping from smaller etailers like Toy Snowman or TFToys (I explored getting a Dinobot from TSM only to find that it would cost north of $60 after tax and S&H)

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Apologies if this is old news, but there are some sellers on amazon.com selling siege singe for US $15 or so + shipping. Cost me $28 cdn which is not ideal but could be worse.
Also, a reminder that the last round amazon exclusives had limited availability in Canada at first, then became easy to get after they went on sale in the US (possible exception of the ratchet set). Might be worth holding off on buying from .com as it ends up costing more.
And finally, remember to always mark your amazon orders as a gift! It's free and usually offers more protection for the items.

Son of a b*tch, I didn’t do this on the recent Kingdom 2-packs - I thought “gift mode” would cost extra?

Yeah, I did that a few weeks ago. The packaging of the one I received was in rough shape, which was disappointing, but I was going to open it anyway. Something to keep in mind, though.
I'm glad I finally got it, it was the only Siege figure I still had on my list.

I call bullshit on this since the Botropolis pack I ordered that I marked as a gift had the shipping label slapped directly on the box and the employee said "good enough" before throwing it onto the truck.
It's a dice roll no matter what option you choose. Full stop.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
The staff doesn't get to choose how the item is packaged, everything is computerized right down to the box your supposed to use and packing materials. That's why sometimes you get a ridiculously large box with a tiny item inside it.

Gift wrap costs extra, but checking off that it's a gift costs nothing. You should be able to change it by going to your orders page and selecting View or Edit Item. From there, there should be an option to edit the gift options. If you type anything in the gift message box it'll recognize it as a gift.

Weird, YMMV I guess. Hopefully it increases the odds or something. Larger items have a check box that says something like 'send in amazon packaging' so that they don't slap the label on the item and it's very easy to miss. I would've assumed that choosing the gift option would make checking that off unnecessary but there's a lot amazon does that makes no sense to me.
