You will not be charged duties if you already paid full federal and provincial sales tax.
You pay tax in advance with HP. You should absolutely NOT be paying anything extra when it arrives. If you do contact them.
You can go back a few pages and read some posts about them correcting TF Prime Hades Megs for me which was their error (which they resolved nicely by giving me my money back).
Yeah, if FedEx dings you trying to charge fees/duties then bring it up with HasbroPulse customer service and they'll have someone on their end square it off with FedEx.

Thanks for all the feedback round this and input, feel much happier ordering now. Did look at the T&Cs around the shipping and it does state that all duties and taxes are included, so to the point of many, you get dinged give them a call/message to sort it out.
So Devastator showed up today. Guy just left it on my snowy stoop, no extra to pay in duty. The box looks like it had the living hell beat out of it and was slightly opened so I was a little concerned what was inside. When I opened it there was a another brown box with no damage tightly packed in side with air packing bubbles. I have not opened the brown box yet but I assume the "pretty" consumer shelf box is inside in pristine condition. This will not be my last order from pulse.
