Spoke to the Amazon rep and got a $15 credit regarding the Amazon orders that failed to ship / got canceled. So... Yeah, still stuck in the Halton Hills black hole sadly.



According to the rep they've oversold anf basically are dependant on drop shipments to fulfill orders.

Damn, I should have kept my order but I cancelled my Ironhide / Prowl cuz I lost interest. Don't want to get it by surprised whenever/if it comes out since I started spending in other toylines instead.

Good to know to complain if they ever cancel my preorders though.

Boo - my ratchet set was in Halton Hell earlier this week, was delayed, arrived in Whitby to ship, then sent back to amazon because it was “damaged”. Ah well, at least I’ll get my $$ back. Seeing that the alpha strike set was an amazon exclusive (i think) and eventually showed up at EB, anyone else notice if any other amazon sets showed
up there in the past? (my bad if this is the wrong thread to ask).

All of you having this problem with Halton Hills and the Ratchet/Lifeline set should be documenting it and bringing it up with Amazon and Hasbro.

This is not acceptable. You can't take an exclusive item, say you shipped it and then never deliver. That is a lot of unsatisfied customers who actually WANT this product.

Mine just shipped today, there is precious little info on the damn set, but I worry the same sort of shit shenanigans are going to go down. It's like Amazon doesn't give a flying fuck. But really, they're the ones who ordered this exclusive series to be sold through their online presence and if they can't even be bothered to have them... I mean has ANYONE, ANYWHERE, not counting scalpers or sample shipments for review actually gotten this damn set?

Fuck now I'm getting pissed off because I might not get the figures I want. And I'm not content to just say oh well. I am legitimately frustrated here. I want the physical products, I could care less how they get them to me, but if I order with Amazon I expect the fucking items to be delivered.

This is a goddamn nightmare and WE SHOULD NOT TOLERATE this. If enough of us complain direct to Hasbro I'm certain they'll hear us in some capacity.

If the Ratchet/Lifeline set does not arrive as they say it will, within the next week I will create a strongly worded protest letter and send that off to anyone and everyone, even the BBB if I have to.
