Ages 3 & Up Pre-Order Limbo

Anyone else waiting on A3U to send out the second batch of ss86 wave 1 figures?

I got the whole wave on pre-order and pre-paid since October and is now May.

They say they are waiting on Hasbro but have no date which I get but Ive seen this wave come and go many times over online and in store since Feb. If not for my pre-order from A3U I would have had them already. Starting to learn A3U isn't that great for orders.

Anyone else waiting?

I'm currently waiting for HotRod and Kup.
My pre-orders are for the 2nd shipment. I was told back in February that they are expecting the shipment in May.
So I've just been patiently waiting (and hoping) for an email sometime this month.

I thought I was the only one since I didn't see a thread. I had a request for payment a month ago, paid the day of and haven't heard since or received any shipment notice.

I've sent multiple status inquires via email and through the website (once every 2 weeks or so) and haven't heard back. I haven't had any real issues and I'm hoping it's going to stay that way. It would be nice to hear that they received my request and it's just a matter of being patient for the shipping.

I am having a hard time getting ahold of them as I accidentally preordered two MP52+ Skywarps and was asking them to cancel one. Contacted through email and their contact page on their site. I’m sure they are swamped just like other retailers? Is there a better way to contact them?

I swear I was able to call them once before. Not sure if you call the phone number on their contact page if they will transfer you to someone re: web orders.

I'm getting a little nervous now about one of my orders. I'm waiting on Kingdom Ultra Magnus and then it's ready to ship...

I got my God Neptune from them with no issue. They have a phone number as well you can always just try calling them.

Also waiting on my SS86 Deluxe and Voyager preorders from A3U. They got my Grimlock preorder in last month though.

I managed to pick up Wave 1 Deluxes and Scourge elsewhere for cheaper, so now I am deciding whether to cancel my preorders or just have extras (if they ever come in).

Maybe I can just live without Hot Rod as I have Rodimus Prime preordered from TRU.

I know from talking to them in store that they're just stuck waiting for stuff to arrive. Not sure how Hasbro stuff is coming in, but oversea stuff is all by boat right now due to the reduced air travel.

If you do call them, remember that their hours are 12pm to 6pm PST. They only have one or two people working at a time and the store can get busy at times. I would suggest calling earlier in the day.

They're also busy setting up a new warehouse too.

From my personal experience I haven't had a problem with them, either with pre-orders, or in stock orders.
