I picked up my Soundwave at the stockyards Walmart! I feel like the distribution in certain stores are out of whack and some are more favoured than others! Stockyards Walmart is a huge new fancy upgraded one in Toronto, they tend to get most of the good stuff. Like the siege bluestreak, prime Meg's and soundblaster! I only ever saw those figures at the Walmart Keele majormack in Vaughan. The Walmart now on Applewood hwy 7 has been upgraded and now is carrying kingdom! My home base Walmart (Dufferin mall) used to get stuff before anywhere else now has been a wasteland last year and 2020. Though I did get as bumblebee movie prime. My gf lives walking distance to Walmart at 400 and major Mack and that's hit or miss.
Just keep checking them and I'm sure he will turn up. Keep an eye sometimes on toy filled cards in toy isle sometimes they tend to have what ur looking for
Sorta like toys rus. Dufferin mall Vaughan mills Sherway seem to always get new stuff first
