It's just a studio but I am just keep it simple for now. I don't have a car and I don't even have much free time to go to IKEA and then spend even more time to build book cases. I just stacked up some banker boxes for now.

It's a nice building. I was the first tenant of my unit. It's a bit expensive but it's brand new and it's an all rental building so it's not like I help paying off some private investor's mortgage.
Still I aim to save up as much as I can to buy my own place soon. But then I may have to buy/finance/lease a small car first.

Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat
Heh, Victory Saber is one of my last remaining grails so I'm pretty jealous anytime I see one.
That's my plan too. I'm finally finished paying off student loans next month. Get a car first, then get married, THEN think about a house and kids.

My girlfriend and I love it too. I know it's still pretty expensive, but it's a bit better. Even rental costs are quite a bit less. Looking at statistics it's still quite a bit cheaper than the average 8k-1mil+ of a single family home here in Vancouver. Of course it also depends on finding meaningful employment which I heard is a bit tougher there because it's all tourism. Luckily my company has a branch in Victoria, so there might be the possibility of a future transfer, and my girlfriend has as strong interest in being a small business owner. So maybe it's a possibility... It's my dream to live in a small heritage home so I would love to one day make it happen.

Happy Free Comic Book Day everyone! Have fun, stay safe and don't spend all of your money in one place.

Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat
Wowsers my daughter is amazing! I was looking at the MTMTE 29 preview and she saw Megatron and noticed the Autobot logo and commented on it. Since I haven't been reading the comics out to her, she's in the dark about it all and wondered why Megatron was an Autobot.
After her trampoline and tumbling today, we are so heading up to Metropolis Comics for Free Comic Book Day. She already colored a picture of Optimus Prime for Daim Choc (I'm sending him a custom), and he kinda looks like a UPS truck now lol.

That's so adorable. She's so smart! You're raising her up to be an awesome Transformers fan.

Re: BC Community Thread For Non-Sightings Chat
Yeah we only have 2 or 3 episodes to finish before we hit TFTM @ Metrocon. She was asking "What do all the Protectobots together make?" So of course I answered Defensor.
