Re: Vince Dicola's The Transformers 1986 Score Seeing Official Release

AFAIK, the complete official score has never been released. The original soundtrack contained three of DiCola's pieces but was mostly the rock music. The 2007 re-release added on a couple more of DiCola's pieces (Unicron Medley, Moon Base Launch).

The score will be purely DiCola's instrumental work, none of the sweet 80s metal. ^^

The complete score has never been released, although as TFW notes, "It's safe to assume the score will be similar to the BotCon 1997 exclusive CD that was released, featuring some of the background score and alternate pieces."

Actually it was more than just a "couple" and "some".
A LOT more.

The 2007 BotCon release had almost all of Vince's TF score. All except the 3 tunes that were on the original 10-song album.
