It's been awhile but I recall a similar situation. Basically the tracking info didn't show anything and all I got was emails for shipment and delivery notification, directly from Intelcom. I received no notifications from Amazon.

packed in brown (paper bag colour, not yellow-orange) Amazon bubble mailer (I have never seen such before this order)
Received this morning (Nov. 12), delivered by Intelcom Courrier.
Looks good to me.

I am not a Prime member and until right now have never had a single fucking problem with Amazon orders. They also don't usually take this long. Typically if they ship something to me it takes three to five days max.

All of this Bullshit is just really making me fed up. I don't even think I'd try to re-order if I'm just going to get hit with the same damn problems.

I Got that email too as well as one for ironhide and prowl. Both orders delayed not cancelled. I'm patiently waiting hope get both sets before Xmas. Never had this issue with Amazon but both sets are exclusives so not much choice. Has no one got these yet?

I'm almost certain that I haven't seen anyone here with the Coneheads ordered from .ca. I can't recall if anyone has ironhide/Prowl

I have to belive this is Covid related. Like Hasbro got caught with their pants down on production and distribution and now they don't have enough pieces made yet to meet shipping demands. It's likely also why some of those Galactic Odyssey packs have only been spotted through the dumb backdoor wishlist ordering method.

Item never showed up called back in today and agent said that “order got Rescheduled by seller” and further that there was a
“delay at the station” when I asked ok where is the package he said he didn’t know, maybe Vancouver.

Went back online to order a third set and noticed that they are working hard to get back in stock.

No rebates from Amazon no deals just a "ahh that's too bad sir"
Also they put in a return request for me and asked via email:

Amazon.com may be your best option if any pre-orders are still available. Most of them have not been officially listed on the Canadian site and they are having trouble fulfilling even the first one. If you missed them on the US site you may have missed the boat, but if they get listed in Canada you will hear about it in this thread.
