Depending on what you'd like to do, generally TRU SKUs in the US and Canada are different. So the 368641 wouldnt register any information in an American TRU. If you go to the item online and check added information, the will often give you the SKU for the items in Canada, perhaps in the US as well.
If you have an item from the US and want to return it or ask for store credit, I believe they do use the same barcode in North America and I think South America as well..so it should scan into the system at TRU with the barcode, but the SKU would show a local number.
