"All $39.99 and up" is the same as "select."

If it was actually all transformers it would say "all transformers" without any caveats.

But it's not all, it's all above $39.99, which is a selection.

I think the point they are trying to make is that not all Transformers $39.99 and up are on sale. BW Megatron at $69.99 is not on sale for example.

Just a heads up, it looks like the inventory tracker for Thrust on the website is active, so while he is only in store it will take some of the guess work out of finding him

The customer service rep at the counter at my local tru checked the system for me and it looks like most stores that get them will get 8 of each that she saw.
