It is not in stock, but I see a listing for the SS Bumblebee Movie Starscream on the TRU site

I never saw or even heard of the SS Blitzwing (which the starscream is based off) hitting shelves at all.

Blitzwing showed up at ebgames at $30 for a voyager so didn't stay on the shelves very long.
