Fugly.
I like that the truck is chromed, but the robot version is chrome-less. At least it's not misleading. (hear the sarcasm?)
I like the robot look, but all that kibble... it just looks like you fold the panels over top and call it a day. What a waste. Hasbro is losing money as it is... going simple = going lazy = no more money from me. Shame.

kinda looks like a fast action battler the way a lot of the kibble doesn't collapse,unfortunately it kinda seems "simplified" or dumbed down if that makes sense.
i also get more of a prime ultra magnus vibe from him than optimus.
hopefully they fix the way the bumper lines up on the bottom of alt mode too.(i probably wouldn't have noticed how bad it lines up if it wasn't for the spiffy chrome.
it also seems like a custom bot rather than a wide release,mainly because of the sheer amount of paint on him instead of just molded plastic looking.
his sword also looks like a bigger version of the one we previously seen mark walberg have strapped to his back in one of the shoot photos.......
the funny looking shield thingy looks like it came from one of the aliens in the game halo.

This looks terrible. Look at those horrible panel of kibbles! It's another case of tragic movieverse shellforming. There's like nothing of this robot mode that comes from the vehicle mode.
Prepare to see this crap warm shelves until holidays 2015 for sure.
