Question about Masterpiece Grimlock

Hey guys, just had some questions about MP Grimlock

I know that he is being reissued by Hasbro as MP-03 but dose anyone know around what time?

Also if someone has the time can they please post comparison pictures of any MP Grimlock in ALT mode with G1 Prime in his ALT mode? I have searched google for a long time and I can't find a comparison shot.
