Re: What is the TF situation at your local TRU?

It's been dismal in London for a while, when they do get anything good in it doesn't last for more than a day or two.

At least they're Bee infestation is long gone.

Yeah it's either good news or bad news...

Good: finally moving, selling well and new stock next year
Bad: sold to 2nd and 3rd tier retail, less shelf space for TFs in the future

For the record Stittsville TRU looks great, about 40% of one aisle for TFs, the only scary thing is all the MP Thundercrackers.

Brantford's an odd duck, mainly because we have a TRU: Express.

Pretty much a ToysRUs + BabiesRUs that's been neutered to fit into a store 1/8th the size.

That being said, I never expect to find anything there.

Re: What is the TF situation at your local TRU?

My local TRU is in an absolutely disgusting state. They normally have 12' of shelf space dedicated to Transformers. The stock is currently so low that they've thrown a bunch of crappy Spider-Man cars and giant figures in the middle 4' of space as well as on the bottom shelves of one of the other 4'. And of course the little Transformers stock that is there isn't even worth looking at or mentioning. Looks like I'll be ordering all my figures online for the foreseeable future.

This whole situation is so disgusting it has turned me off completely from getting Prime toys for now. I haven't had a NEW toy in a while and I find myself lacking the enthusiasm that I would normally have for getting a case of Transformers.

Instead I find myself antsy about the MakeToys Mobine and pining for more Beast Wars toys.

I just got Transmetal Optimus Primal and Airazor. I alreayd had Transmetal Rattrap, Transmetal Inferno and Depth Charge and all of them were excellent.
