I've had 2 instances where when I opened boxes (from 3rd party manufacturers) there were parts missing or broken. 100% not Marios fault, but he promptly sent out replacements anyways. Great customer service!

just received all my OOH items today. well packed and well shipped because the package arrived earlier than expected. The Canada Post estimate was May 3!

I am very pleased with all items and same goes for the service. it's all good eh!

Yes, I am very pleased with my first purcahse from Automaton Toys (Warbot Defender). Mario and his staff are all very professional and I can't wait to do further business with them, probably when they restock the Bruticus upgrades or when I break down and get myself a Black Diamond Alternity Megatron.
