Depending where you are, they showed up in stores before Christmas and recently again. (Ottawa/Gatineau area)
I got my BB and Elita before Christmas but it was a race. I've seen Soundwave (and Prime) at least 5 times since January at different stores (of course gone the next time I was at the same store) and managed to get an extra BB as I don't trust that the roof won't break as you need a lot of pressure to push it in (common issue with the figure). There was at least 2 Elita-1 at that store but that was weeks ago now and I haven't been there since.
But that said, the window of seeing/finding them is very slim, so it's been about checking as often as possible, which is hard to recommend due to the Covid-19 situation and if you missed it, odds are going to be hard to get it.
