Just tried to do the same with Kingdom Megatron bought full-price two weeks ago and the person on chat said it wasn't possible online. Am I doing this price adjustment thing right or was the employee not doing their job? I'll have to call the TRU in my city for this plus getting a curb-side pickup order for the current promotion.

Whatever channel you made the purchase is the only method you can do the price adjustment now, cause they want to reduce the amount of people walking into their stores, for non-sale purposes *shrugs*

I placed an online order for curbside pickup, on Monday. If that helps.

Ah, that makes sense.

Unfortunately, online order won't work for me as I'm mostly looking at Kingdom wave 2, which is not available online but was in store just before the confinement here. As for items marked as «home delivery» only, isn't it possible to have them delivered to a local store for curb-side pickup?

I'll call and see what happens.
