There should be a link to customer service in the app anyways. Have your order number ready.

getting to amazon cs is a chore.

from the main screen click on customer service tab in the upper left corner

next screen, scroll down, on the left under "browse help topics" click the "need more help?" option

same screen, to the right the option "contact us" comes up, click it

next screen, gives 4 options in 4 boxes, to the far right is "something else", click it

same screen from here on, options now appear if you scroll down in the "tell us more" drop box. Click the drop down and choose the option "pre order questions"

another drop box now appears directly below, click it and choose "problem placing order"

now the option to contact CS appears by either phone or online chat. your good to go from here.

its absurd.

If you're using the desktop website on a pc, it's a lot more difficult to find the customer service option. Try using the Amazon app on a mobile device. For the app, you literally just click on the 4 lines on the bottom right corner and customer service is at the bottom of the list that pops up.

I think for the desktop webpage, customer service is at the very bottom of page in the dark blue section (under "let us help you").

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion

Got a message about my Grimlock and mirage.
Undeliverable:
"Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your delivery. The package is being returned and we will issue a refund within three to five business days after the return is processed. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience."
WTF!

Yep, same thing happened to my order as well as a bunch of other people's. They're just finding excuses to cancel our orders because they seemingly can't get enough stock. Total BS.

Yep same here. I was supposed to have it delivered today. I just checked and the page says undeliverable.

I checked the tracking and it arrived in Brownstown, MI (USA) on Sunday. Then today at 3:03am it says "package has left an Amazon facility (Brownstown, MI)".

Then right at 3:04am it say "Delay in delivery due to external factors"

Good lord the incompetence of supposedly the largest retailer in the world. How can you have something leave your facility, and exactly 1 minute later it is undeliverable due to external factors?

Either way it works out for me since I already have Siege Mirage and Grimlock was not a necessity. So I can put the money towards something else.

This is sketch. They charged my card two days ago and it's due Saturday but tracking shows it hasn't shipped yet.

Re: Amazon.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion

Not sure if this will help in any sort of hopefulness but got my Grimlock/ Mirage 2 pack today! I believe it shipped out either last night or Tuesday. Sure hope that means there will be a good chance for others.

Edit: Should also note it came shipped in that standard Hasbro cardboard packaging rather than an Amazon box. Certainly preferable over it being shipped in the actual toy box but I know there are some people who do actually care about those Hasbro boxes.
