Punch / Counterpunch (Revisited)

Some commissions for a revisit to Punch/Counterpunch. This guy's quite popular on the request/commission list, and here are 2 I finished earlier this week.

The head comes from an Armada Blurr (half) and a modified Sunstreaker (TFU) face. Hands are from a 1/100 Gundam kit. Still waiting on more water slide decals in order to do the plates, but was in "picture mode" this morning, and wanted them shot.

The blue is Patriot Blue (Fusion) through an air brush, coated with House of Colors "Platinum" which adds the metal flake. I then clear coated with Testors Gloss through the air brush, 1 coat of that stuff and it looks wet, take forever to dry though.

There will be loads more pics on my site later this weekend. Still have another custom to post tonight, besides, I hate HTML

does the head have a different face on each side, or does the head pop off and you put a new one on?

yeah, he's got a 2 faced head. When he's Counterpunch, he hangs out with his back against the wall. Perhaps one day, I will get more into an intuitive way to hide the non-frontal head, perhaps a large visor style face mask which hinges on the ear area and flips around the top. Thing is, the space in the chest cavity is limited as it is...trying to stuff more in there would create many headaches I suspect.

I don't care much for faceplates, they look too retro for me. I prefer the faces when I can. I might throw one on a later rendition.
