There should be a little bag with them taped to the cardboard backing.

If I remember correctly mine were wrapped up in paper and tapped to the back of the carboard insert.

Thanks. No bag or paper was included with them. Went through the box with a fine tooth comb. To hasbro support it is lol.

Should be a small folded paper taped on the bottom side like this...

That sucks, I doubt Hasbro would have the extra parts but contacting wouldn't hurt. Your other alternative is looking at 3d printed options.

Usually they just offer an item of equal pricing range or to write a check if you ship it to them.

Sometimes it works out. My last issue was a Marvel Legends Sabertooth missing part of a build a figure and a Rogue with a defective hand. They sent me a pricey Hasbro Pulse exclusive Hellfire Club.

At least this is the 2 parts that impact the figure the least. My brothers got cancelled and I get the missing parts box. Talk about luck.

I had a tigatron order ship and then get lost in transit. Just contacted Amazon for a replacement but anyone else have issues with tigatron orders?
