Excellent question, was wondering the same myself...not sure if an in store Raincheck can be applied online, or if there is some sort of online Raincheck system....but calling their online service has usually been problematic, so have a feeling online rainchecks may not work.

Yes, as long as you provide the SKU number and as long as it's still being sold.

AFAIK, rainchecks have always been done in-person at TRU, you need to provide the printed copy at the store.

I walked into my local TRU the other day. I asked them to search for a SKU. It pulled up the titan class price point/showed sale. Asked for a rain cheque. They printed it out. Had nothing to do with the website, they looked in their system. No stock at their store. Here's a rain cheque.

If you ask them to search for "Scorpononk" you might not find it. I think the system has it listed as Titan Class blah blah blah. Bring the SKU.

I'm curious, do you have to keep checking back or do they call you if the item comes in and matches your raincheck?

You will have to keep checking back yourself to see if that item/SKU comes back in stock.

If you're lucky you may be able to find an associate who is there most of the week willing to go above and beyond and give you a call back when he/she sees the item in stock again.

I never had a call back from the store, the difficult part for the store is it's a shared sku so its good for any of that size class figure.
