Re: Masters of Metallikato Set on Sale at Toys R' Us

Stryker seem appropriate as that was what his name and colour scheme would have been should he have made it into the first film.

Re: Masters of Metallikato Set on Sale at Toys R' Us

Meh, part of me really would like to get this set, but something tells me if we wait, since most Toys R Us have this set out the ying yang, we may get it cheaper. Also, I'd rather wait for the tank version of Bludgeon. Still, cool update.

Re: Masters of Metallikato Set on Sale at Toys R' Us

Still giving this one a miss. I picked it up today, held it in my hands, and had a good long look and think about it, because I knew it was going on sale soon. And I decided that I just couldn't bring myself to buy it, even if it was on sale.

Maybe I'll get it at $10.

Ah, so she's finally appeared... the Mistress of Justice.

Hello Bludgeon and Whirl.

I feel the same way you do TLP. I am not spending that kind of money on this shelf warmer, it's a nice change, but it's still too much for something so common. Wait until the price drops further. Trust me, there will be lots of them.

Re: Masters of Metallikato Set on Sale at Toys R' Us

The only thing that kinda bugs me about this "sale" is that this is the price they should have been at in the first place. That's what the Scorponok/Blackout set was priced at.
And even though I did want this set.. I'm still only sitting at a maybe, since I still haven't gotten a lot of the figures that I want.

Re: Masters of Metallikato Set on Sale at Toys R' Us

Not even sure I want these two at the price. I probably would, but just recently space has become a hot commodity on my shelves, I just don't know if I can spare what little room I have for repaints....
