I'm not sure I agree with your logic.
I would bet A3U sucks a lot of customers in. They could have easily gotten into a non mall retail outlet but they've stayed for a reason.
Even when their store expanded, they kept paying the mall premium.
They'll miss the walk through traffic,
Their display window would get anyone who grew up in the 80's interested, some would buy something for sure...even if just a T-shirt.
I think it's pretty obvious they would prefer to be in a mall.
I know lots of guys who would blow 200 bucks on a nostalgic whim....
