Got my order in like 20 minutes ago, even after wasting 15 minutes trying to see if I could find other stuff to get to free shipping. This $90 threshold is BS considering how much stuff they don't have in stock for home delivery. The fact that Thrust is still available now makes me hopeful there are more than enough that I won't get a cancellation. Though it was painful to see a $40 figure became nearly a $60 figure after shipping and tax.

No, they do regular couriered shipping. The button for it is below the doordash one (it's red and says "home delivery") and you won't be prompted for your postal code
AFAIK Doordash's shipping relies on your local store having stock because someone goes to the store and picks the order up for you then delivers it to you. It won't work if the item isn't available at a local store.
