Used the In-Store Pick-Up website feature just to forecast which stores in Ottawa had the set, and drove up yesterday

Ended up checking all 3 anyways, but each one that site claimed to have it, did

So cool to know that much is accurate

According to a customer service rep my cancelled Web order Rodimus is expected to show up at my local store by the end of the week.

Just picked up my "cancelled" Rodimus at the Dartmouth, NS TRU today.

They initially tried to ring him through at the $124.99 price point he's now listed at, but once I showed them my cancelled order record with the $25 coupon code applied and the original $119.99 MSRP, they honoured both of those AND added the additional 10% cancellation code as well (I didn't even bring that code up, but the CS rep said "I'm sure you'd like that on there too, yes?").

Ended up getting him for $85.50+ tax.

Got both of my rodimus figs. They tried to refuse to honor my preoder pricing and charge me the new $125 pricing for each rodimus but I wasn't having that bullshit at all, It took a little over half an hour showing her the emails, my orders page and discount emails that corporate sent me for her to do her job. She finally did the job right but I'm still contacting corporate and let them know that it took half an hour to get them to follow corporate instructions. Hope you guys have better luck than I did. At least I got them in my collection now.

Jealous to hear how easy it is for some to find this set, when it's a drought in New Brunswick. Sigh. I just want to get a single set...
