More complex, I dunno, maybe as complex but not as interesting. Anyway I think we’re quibbling on degree here and we both agree that Gobots were better than the Toys that Made Us said they were. I have a large Gobot collection and I love them to this day.

I agree with everyone who said it was really the media, the Gobots cartoon is definitely more young kid oriented and the Transformers comics from Marvel had them beat to.
