If it's just one upgrade set, it's the FP Colossus set.

BUT

If you take all the love ROTF/Energon Superion has gotten, I say the combination of the Fansproject, DMY, and Chromia23 upgrades gives Colossus a nice run for it's money.

The Beezleboss upgrades were cool.

The FP bits and pieces for various Classics that came with Primes trailer was awesome.

Not too mention the Bruticus and Superion upgrade sets, made a huge difference.

Was thinking about getting the Hoist and Trailbreaker upgrade, but they don't look like much for the cost.

Boosticus is a great set. So is (will be) the Microblaze Onslaught set.

I should also mention the G3 trailer for classics prime. Great set.

Ya FOC Bruticus is a TERRIBLE toy, but with the upgrade set at least it looks decent sitting with the classics collection.

I am a HUGE fan of the headrobots Hothead upgrade set. It makes the very meh Hardhead figure and turns it into a kick ass G1 esque Hardhead figure. Also love the MP Megatron add on set from Justitoys that turns him into the full bullet firing rifle he was meant to be!
