Online Shopping
So I am wondering what kind of things people are wanting from an online store. Seriously, what makes one online store better than another? Please leave some feedback on what you think is the best for an online store.

Re: Online Shopping
1) Competitive pricing
2) S&H Price & Speed
Biggest thing i look is which online store usually gets their preorders in stock first? I hate waiting too long.
That's pretty much all i look for.

Re: Online Shopping
Most comic/hobby stores around here don't bring in stock like online stores have, also I've found online prices even with shipping are cheaper than trying to aquire items through a local retailer.
Pile of loot options rule too.

Re: Online Shopping
For me all I care about is cost and availability compared to local retailers. Nothing else matters.
Oh and I can build you an online store if you're looking for a developer.

Re: Online Shopping
dont care too much about pre-ordering myself, but a good hearty stock with mass market stuff and some special products like device labels and revoltech. and i want it to be less than retail with shipping because i want to make shopping online worth it. i dont mind paying a little more than retail with shipping, but it depends if the product is good.
Oh, and customer service needs to be top notch. just because you dont see the customers face, doesnt mean they dont exist. I want speedy answers to questions and concerns.
i could have said all of the above in one word "automaton"

Re: Online Shopping
-no costly shipping(for a deluxe TF should not be around $10)
-decent pricing(not to far than terail's)
-orginized site links to find product that are categorized
-stay connected with customers with facebook, twitter, etc.
-give a spicific preorder date rather than just the month of release
