Go very early, the line starts early. But that's like any convention with awesome merch.

Re: Going to TFCon Toronto for the first time...
Would it be better to pre register, or just register at the convention? How long would it take if I decide to do it in person?

Re: Going to TFCon Toronto for the first time...
You don't really "register" at the show, just pay to get in.
With registration you get your weekend and early admission covered, can sign up for the customizing class, reserve an exclusive figure for yourself, and get a TFcon 2010 lanyard/badge.

Exclusive figure? And what might this exclusive figure be?

=( reminds me of Boxing Day Bestbuy/Futureshop lines lol. I might just forego TFCon and order Ravage on eBay since I'm not a morning person and I hate lines haha.

Pretty sure it's still worth your effort to go and find other transformers you may want/didn't know exist

Agreed. And the mornings aren't that bad if you end up staying awake all night.

Re: Going to TFCon Toronto for the first time...
I recommend grabbing a coffee nice and early, plopping yourself down in line and just chill until the line opens up. Talk it up with a few other fans, get to know some of the good folks who play around here on the boards and share stories and all that crap.
