Re: New TF Game on GameInformer cover!

Optimus is looking a lot chunkier and more trukk-ish, which I like. Hopefully they'll make Megatron a bit closer to his G1 design, too, and if we're really lucky they might re-do the toys.

C'mon, Hasbro! It's been almost twenty years since you started making ball-jointed Transformers with decent articulation, and we still haven't gotten a decent update of Megatron's original design! What are you waiting for?

I gotta admit that I wasnt a fan of WFC. It played like a generic TPS, with very little enemy and location variety. Im cautiously optimistic about a sequel.

Re: New TF Game on GameInformer cover!

Well, Laserbeak was sort of bird-like, and Trypticon was dinosaur-like in appearance, but not smack on with any particular dino. Also, if there was a WFC Ravage, I'm pretty sure he'd be cat-like.

This Grimlock looks spot-on for a T-rex (minus the third finger on each arm). With the name Fall of Cybertron, I'm guessing half takes place on Cybertron, and the other half on Earth.

We saw the Ark at the end of the Autobot Campaign in the first game, and Optimus did mention that they would stay to defend Cybertron until they were no longer able to. More than likely, the Fall of Cybertron happens and they have to completely abandon the planet.

More than likely, the Dynobots are the only Autobots not in stasis lock after the Ark crashes millions of years ago, and are fending off a few animal based Decepticons until they all fall into stasis lock.
