Possible First Look At Transformers Masterpiece MP-55 Nightbird
Via Loopaza Mega Store, which has proved to be a reliable source in the past, we have our possible first look at the new*Transformers Masterpiece MP-55 Nightbird. This is sure an unexpected character for the Masterpiece line. We only have a small image at the moment, but it clearly reveals MP-55 as a retool and redeco of the MP-51 Arcee mold inspired by the G1 robotic ninja warrior. See the image after the break and then sound off on the 2005 Board!

no skin in the game, but didn't people "not like" the collarbone-to-chestplate gap or something? on MP Arcee
Though I guess in this instance, the gap is more skillfully "filled up" by her ninja hood hanging down

Another Nightbird redeco. For a minute there I was afraid that I'd be seriously tempted to buy an overpriced MP. I'll just keep waiting for the RotB version.

Yeah I think it definitely looks better here (from what I can tell from this low-res pic).
Almost makes me wonder if the low collar on Arcee was a pre-tool for this. From what we’ve seen of the fixes available for Arcee, it’s not an engineering requirement in the first place.

I wonder if there will be less paint and therefore a cheaper MP like Nemesis Prime (granted, NP was also missing the trailer, but still, I liked that change).
