This lastest release from Hasbro brings a more movie accurate version of the Bringer of Chaos. Especially with the new remolded head and darker colours this one is the best of all the releases of this mold.

Some will argue which is more accurate, the new Hasbro release or the 2010 Takara release. In my opinion though, the Hasbro one looks more show accurate but each to their own.

Aside from the new head, nothing has changed about this figure. This one still has the light up eyes & fists, chest missile, leg missiles and a lot of minicon ports and storage.

This figure retails for $79.99 and is a Toys R Us exclusive here in Canada. If you don't own this mold yet then I highly recommend it. If you have the original Armada/Universe one and want a more 1986 movie accurate one then this is a cheaper alterative one to get compare to the 2010 Takara release. And if you have the 2010 Takara one then this one will probably be a pass for you.

this may not be totally accurate but i find myself liking this one more then the takara one...it just looks nicer to me.

i just have no idea where im going to put him yet since im all out of display space =/

I saw it in person and he is glorious even through the packaging, buy him anyway I say and hang him up if you have to.

his right hand is still transparent unfortunately. it's a smokey grey clear plastic that almost matches the left hand.

I think that I actually like this Unicron the best. His colors really pop next to even the Takara one.

Ah yes, I would love to pick this up, but sadly don't have the 80$ Looks great though. Love the pics.

I got the 2010 version but it made me sick to my stomach when I saw this new version. It looks that much better.
