The Beast Wars Special contains:

Clash! Beast Warriors which is a Japanese dubbed clip show with English subs

Beast Wars II Movie - Lio Convoy's Critical Moment (Japanese with English subs)

Beast Wars Metals (aka Bad Spark from S2 of Beast Wars) this has both languages as well as English subs for the Japanese dub.
