That sounds similar to the Ratchet / Line Debacle of last year. I ended up having 3 sets shipped. The first 2 ended up shipping from Washington state and then vanishing into limbo at Rockview Alberta Amazon facility only to suddenly start moving again once the American release date rolled around. After 2 unexpected deliveries I cancelled the third before it shipped at no charge.
On the plus side I ended up with 2 free sets albeit almost 2 months later than expected.

Same delivery date of "we'll e-mail you when available."?
Most I have for my Grim/Mirage pre-order is Hasbro in Mississauga Ontario as the manufacturer.
Swipe/Skywarp still thinks it'll be here in mid-November though.

I asked customer service about my order and they said it's in the processing phase and it should be shipping out in 3-4 days. Hopefully that's not bs.
