Totally agree. Walmart cuts corners with employee salaries; you get what you pay for. Regardless, Walmart makes money and will not change their business model with respect to toys; especially when the item is worth less than $30.
They are more concerned with fraud when it comes to higher priced items like the stuff you find in the electronics section.
They could care less about toys; toys are only there so that your kids drag you into the store. Once you are in there, they know you will buy anything from batteries to light bulbs to diapers to groceries because we are all impulse buyers.
