Personal Commentary:- Dang, two hundo for a mold from one of the most notorious toylines. Sadly, $199.99 seems to be the going rate for platinum editions these days.
- He's got a questionable redeco too, another recent platinum edition trend, now in traditional semi-truck red & blue. Somewhere, someone said "you know what would make this ape look better? If it looked more like a truck."
- Releasing a Beast Machines toy to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Beast Wars seems like an odd choice, but maybe they think they would get fewer sales from an actual BW Optimus rerelease due to the MP BW Optimus being released in the same year?
