LOL you won't find me disagreeing with your point about G1 Ravage being better
His cassette mold is iconic. It's definitely one of my favorites. I got every variation and repaint.
But as a cassette nut, the Universe Ravage mold was a must have for me. Heck I even got the botcon version in white. I like how it displays as a cassette with my others G1 cassettes. Alt mode is a little odd though

I too also wondered why he was packaged with Hound. I assume Ravage was captured by Hound in one of the G1 episodes? Or maybe comics.
