I sent my Black Zarak back to HasbroPulse with their shipping label via Canada Post, and confirmed that CanadaPost reported they received it and signed for at the destination.
After about 2 weeks, I contacted them because I haven't heard anything and the warehouse told me that basically the tracking is only to the border and is handed over to USPS and there's no way to know where that item is. They promised they will make it right if the item is lost in the mail, but as of yet, it hasn't arrived.
It doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies as getting the label took 2 weeks (by snail mail) and it's been another 2+ weeks now since shipping it out. Keeping my fingers crossed.
