Why would I call outside of business hours?
For the record, tried 3 separate times on 2 different days. During business hours...lol
Even if for some reason I was trying to call after hours, or they are just too busy to answer (Christmas rush, so this could make sense) it still doesn't explain why I wouldn't get a reply to my emailed inquiry.
Anytime I've been in store, the guys working there have been great, for the record.
