A corporation is run by people, so it’s easy to “blame” a faceless corporation for our shortcomings as people. Self preservation is human nature fortunately for society’s continuation and unfortunately when it crosses the boundary into greed and a lack of empathy, it takes a special person to sacrifice their own interests for the sake of others and society as a whole it’s why we laud hero's like firefighters and medics so highly. We need more people with those personalities running things but these same people do not seek the spotlight of running things in such a high profile manner either.
