You basically get a point per dollar you spend and after 1000 points, you can trade them in for a $10 card.
So, it's not a MASSIVE deal by any stretch, but the $10 card helps lessen the shipping costs from American suppliers.
Also, I believe it only works for American businesses. like I can get a $10 card for Amazon.com, but it won't work on Amazon.ca

I should also mention, that's just the Honey Gold portion. Honey also has a bunched of coupon/rebate codes for various stores that can net you an additional rebate, if you get lucky.
