It's a weird piece, this happened to me today as well. The green checkmark was on but the "home delivery" button was not clickable. I kept refreshing and eventually it was for a few minutes.
I put in an order. THIS time, they took my money and it showed up on the site as processing on top of a receipt. Not counting on anything til they ship and are in my hand.
