HP shipping starts at $19.99 USD for even the lightest small Star Wars figure.
Add-in a $160 USD hefty weighted Scorponok preorder and the price goes to $29.99 USD... and stays there.
Add-in all the Beast Wars preorders, your order is hundreds of USD, but shipping is still $29.99.
They FedEx it to you (it arrives quite fast) and since you pay Canadian taxes to HP, you should not be dinged at the door with fees.
