I spoke to TRU in regards to how they are handling the cancelled pre orders and what their process will be:
Thank-you for your email and for understanding. When the item(s) becomes available, the product(s) will be secured for you exclusively unless you are not interested in purchasing the items. There is an allotted inventory for those who placed an order and had their orders cancelled. Your local store will have someone reach out to you to make the appropriate arrangements in regards to payment and how to obtain your item(s).
