Keep calling and talk to other people. Their service quality has dipped considerably over the years and it took a few calls before I finally got a straight answer about the package never actually shipping and got my money back.
It may take awhile before you get someone who will put in effort or transfer you to someone who can help (I've had to ask for that before).
Worst case, tell them you'll call your credit card company yourself if you don't get action? I've never tried that, but maybe that might help?
