Re: Amazon.COM Lost in Shipping....What are their Remedies?
I already spoke with them before posting this thread, they were very unhelpful in their responses, as they offer no information on the lost item or remedies, that is the issue. They refuse to give any information on the problem or resolution. If anyone had such an experience, did they offer to replace the lost items when in stock and sold by Amazon.com, or only offer refunds as the sole remedy after the shipping due date? Thanks for your help.
