IMHO IF they changed it for new products going forward, especially with the new TSM post, then that would be a bit more acceptable. But these prices are jumping way out in front of competitors.
They are upping prices on products that have been on the shelf for almost a year now. And for some lines, TRU barely received any product for 2021 here (such as SW Black Series waves).
So, I just see them as shooting themselves in the foot with this move. They have already cut way back on the TF specific sales in 2021 for items under/over X dollars.
If I can get a reliable preorder from the US for something, group a wave together maybe and pay for shipping up here, that may still be cheaper than these TRU prices. Especially if we have no idea what they will actually receive going forward with shipping issues, etc.
Their TRU exclusives handling has not been great either, so may need to start sourcing that from US as well...
