hey man, have you tried the site sponsors on the right hand section of the page? kool toyz is in brampton ontario, automaton toys is in quebec i believe, my cartoon heroes is in toronto, and i think metropolis comics is in bc. doubt they'll have the city commander, but they should probably still have the fp add-ons
